You can swim, bike, run and more in beautiful surroundings for a week.
A flexible training programme, personalised and delivered by both British Triathlon qualified coaches and qualified Personal Trainer, Laura Butcher. This week is specifically designed to help you build strength and increase mobility alongside your triathlon training.
We will be responsible for organising the groupings by ability and developing tailored training programmes. We make sure we push you, but only to your limits.
What to expect
This comprehensive package is underpinned by high quality coaching support, including a carefully prepared schedule for the week. This will be built around analysis and small group swim technique sessions to make step improvements in your swimming; small group rides to suit your level of ability, tips on basic bike technique and bike fit as needed; as well as strength and conditioning sessions with our resident PT making use of the excellent hotel facilities.
The days will include a pool session or run in the morning before saddling up and heading for the hills. There will be an option of a run in the early evening. There will always be a recovery day with lighter sessions as an option. Each day will have scheduled "chill time" in which we encourage you to make use of the expert spa facilities at the hotel to aid your recovery.
In addition we will provide guidance to help you plan your coming race season, and expert led workshops on other aspects of triathlon training and race preparation.
